I'm just looking up some used cars for a backup to the Dart. I came across a Charger for $15,000 it is a certified pre-owned. Clean car report and looks like maintenence was done well by the owner. However the only strange thing is the car was on the lot new 8/8/2008 till 5/5/2009 and only 5 miles was put on it. Then the battery was replaced it said.
Was it because of the winter/ it was not used in a while? If the battery is replaced for a new one that works then there probably shouldn't be any problems I'm guessing?
I'm asking the dealership about it as well, but I just thought I could get y'alls opinion.
The Charger is a 2009 only at 25,000 miles too and the Certified-preowned seems a tiny bit comforting. What do you think?
Also another question is for Certified-Preowned can I buy it at the dealership (its a dodge/jeep/chrysler one) and then have it maintained/repaired at a closer location ( this dealership is around 40 minutes away for example where the nearest dodge/jeep/chrysler is 5 minutes away only.
